Within the base account and transaction limits, three prior months cost 3 × $299 = $897 once. Add the first $399 month for $1,296 due initially, then $399/month. Other scoped add-ons change that total.
This is a starting checklist. Your dashboard identifies documents for your agreed scope. Please do not email tax documents.
Understand your catch-up cost and first bill →No. Catch-up is a one-time charge for prior months, paid with your first month of ongoing bookkeeping. The recurring fee covers the monthly plan and any recurring add-ons.
The Books plan includes monthly close, quarterly estimates, and dashboard access. Entity and owner tax returns are included in Books + All Taxes, not in the base Books plan.
Bookkeeping starts year-round. Our published monthly-close target is the 10th. Catch-up and missing records must be scoped separately; the close target does not mean any backlog can be cleared by that date.
Yes. Start with the account count, transaction band, and months behind. The questionnaire shows an itemized plan or directs more complex work to a scoping call. Upload financial documents through the dashboard, not by email.
